Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started preparing your order and cannot guarantee a cancellation.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or weather conditions. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
